While this booth may be purchased separately for Saturday and Sunday, due to the prominent location of this booth, preference will be given to exhibitors who wish to purchase it for both days of the festival. Exhibitors who choose to purchase this booth as a Saturday-only or Sunday-only booth may be subject to being moved, at the sole discretion of the Vancouver Tea Society board, to a different booth at any time before the event if another exhibitor wishes to purchase this booth for both days. In this instance, Vancouver Tea Society will rebate to the moved exhibitor the difference between the purchase price of a Saturday-only or Sunday-only Ellipse Lobby Booth and a Saturday-only or Sunday-only Regular or Regular Plus Booth (depending on the location of the booth to which the exhibitor has been moved); however, no additional compensation will be provided to the moved exhibitor.
